Refund Policy

Bail bond premiums are non-refundable once the bond has been posted, as permitted under Connecticut law.

If payment is made but a bond has not yet been posted, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Danbury Bail Bonds LLC.

Service or processing adjustments for completed transactions aren’t refundable.
