Statutory Bail Bond Premium

Bail bond premiums are set by Connecticut statute and are non-refundable once the bond has been posted.

Online Payment Processing

Payments made through this website are securely processed via Square. By submitting payment, you authorize Danbury Bail Bonds LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

Service & Processing Adjustment

To ensure compliance with Connecticut statutory premium requirements, online transactions may include a service or processing adjustment to offset third-party payment processing costs. This adjustment ensures that the full statutory bail bond premium is received by the agency as required by law.

The total amount charged will be clearly displayed before payment is submitted.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is agreed upon, installment payments must be made according to the signed indemnity agreement. Failure to make payments may result in enforcement action as permitted by law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in legal action to recover funds owed, collection costs, and attorney’s fees where permitted by law.

The full statutory bail bond premium is received by the agency as required by Connecticut law.
